Myself, my wife and two young daughters are currently in Norfolk for a week during half term. We originally booked a different caravan park down the road in Scratby and left after 2 days as the caravan and the park was absolutely disgusting. I called up haven on the Sunday, they had some late availability starting Monday and we were in our caravan by 11.45am on Monday even though check in was 3pm. Now that's what I call fantastic customer service!!!.
This caravan is like a palace compared to the revolting one at the California dump.
The park is great too. So much to do with the kids. The swimming pool is great, the kids love the slide, great outdoor and indoor play area. Excellent arcade and delicious fish and chip shop. Not had a meal in the restaurant yet so can't comment but looks nice.
Everything about this place is so much better and you can tell by the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff.
So glad we decided to leave the 1 star park behind and book here. Will definitely return soon.
First time for me here and I loved it, my caravan was lovely warm and clean when I walked in it. The reception staff were brilliant getting me a caravan right near my daughters, the whole site was clean tidy and well looked after, lots of things to do and within 3 minutes of a long golden sandy beach , will definitely be going back.
Just got back from a short break here and it was brilliant. The staff were so friendly and were working tirelessly to make sure everyone had what they needed and were safe. Special mention to the lovely security guard who was on the gate on friday, the wonderful blond lady who seemed to be a manager in the live lounge and the security lady in the arcade. Sorry I didn't catch names but Haven should be very proud of these hard working team members who all made it a brilliant experience. Our caravan was a standard one and was lovely, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed. We cannot wait to come back.
